This organization is a non-political service work organization.
The main objective of this organization is to promote awakening and cultural consciousness for samyak jan kalyan, to prevent trends like Hindu unity, cow protection, and conversion, and to cooperate with and protect temple monasteries.
For the appointment of soldiers and leading officers of all the organizations, work loyalty and social service toward their organization will be taken into consideration.
The appointment of all office bearers will be done after discussion in the City Core Committee with the consent of the City President Shri.
For appointment/removal of state-level office bearers, the decision will be taken only after discussion by the State President and State Core Committee.
In the presence of all officers and soldiers of the organization, in public meetings, and with the consent of all core committee members, the appointment letter should be provided.
Any decision in the city regarding appointment or change of any top official will be taken after discussion in the core committee and signing of an MOU, which will be announced at a public meeting in presence of the State President and all the state officials and the City President.
In the absence of the State President, the State Vice-President, with his consent, will take charge of the meeting.
The supreme power at the state level or city level will remain with the State President Shri and city-level power with the City President.
All officials will have to provide their presence in the city office for organizing meetings/movements as per instructions. If, for any essential reason, an official cannot be present, they must inform their superior officer in advance.
If there is a need for any special service discussion, it must be held with their superior officer.
If the issue is unresolved with the higher official, then the subordinate may present the issue in writing to a higher officer and, ultimately, appeal to the State President Shri.
Any officer or active military member found to be anti-national, anti-religious, or involved in illegal activity will be expelled from the organization immediately.
The tenure of the appointment of the State Head will be valid for 3 years, the City & District President for 2 years, and all other posts for 1 year. After that, new appointment letters will be issued based on their performance during the tenure.
While designing banners, posters, and stickers for any social or religious program of the organization, the photo of the high official must be included with dignity.
Photos of leading local people should be displayed where the event is being held.
All banners, stickers, and posters must be approved by showing the design to the city or state head.
Each organizational meeting must be organized with prior publication and contract, sitting in the presence of all office bearers, and deliberated properly so that more people can benefit from the organization’s work.
The primary goal is to reach as many people as possible—leading community figures, women, and respected individuals should be encouraged to join the organization.
